Websites that book hunts.
Outfitter websites where hunters pick a hunt, pick their dates and put the deposit down right on your site, straight into your own Stripe account. No phone tag, no check in the mail, no booking agent’s cut.
Builds from $1,500. Live in about 2 weeks. Built and run by IGNITE Marketing Group.

Moose tags are limited and often sell out one to two years ahead. Hunters can join the list, so when a tag opens the outfitter already has people ready to book.

In a live booking, the deposit goes straight to the outfitter’s own Stripe account. Stripe’s standard fee would be , so lands in their balance. The hunter gets a receipt by email and the outfitter gets the booking with the party’s details.
On the moose list.
When a moose tag opens, the outfitter has a list of hunters ready to book, with their party size and contact details, instead of a pile of voicemails.

Your season gets booked in winter. Most of it after dark.
Hunters do their homework months before opening day, usually on a phone at the kitchen table. They want the hunt, the dates, the price and a way to commit. When the answer is “call for rates,” or a form that waits until you’re back from camp, they book with the next outfitter or a booking agent who takes a cut. Our outfitter websites close that gap, because every hunt can be booked and paid for on the spot.
- December to March: shows and planningHunters meet you at a sports show, then compare you on their phone that night.
- February to June: depositsThis is when your site does its hardest work. Every hunt with a price and a “Hold a spot” button can take a deposit at 11 p.m.
- July and August: balances and prepHunters know what they owe and when. You know who’s coming.
- September to November: you’re in campThe site keeps answering questions and filling cancellations while you’re out of cell range.

From “call for rates” to “deposit paid” in three taps.
Instead of phone tag, your site does the back-and-forth for you, at any hour of the day.
The hunter picks a hunt
Every hunt gets its own card with species, dates, what’s included, the price and how many spots are left.
Then the dates and party size
Only open dates show. When a hunt fills, its button turns into a waitlist, so demand doesn’t walk away.
And pays the deposit
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. The money lands in your Stripe account, and you both get the booking by email.

Six things outfitter websites get wrong.
No way to pay
The site says a deposit holds your spot, then asks for a phone call or a mailed check. Every day that takes is a day the hunter can change his mind.
Rates in a PDF
Hunts and prices are buried in a download, or missing, so every hunter calls with the same five questions.
Leads everywhere
Inquiries land in voicemail, texts, Facebook messages and two inboxes. Some never get an answer.
Show leads go cold
A hunter loves your booth in January and forgets your name by March. A show page with a QR code lets him put a deposit down before he leaves.
Broken on phones
Fine on a desktop, a mess on the phone where hunters actually look. Every page we build is designed for the phone first.
No tracking
You can’t tell which show, ad or page brought the booking. We connect analytics and inquiry tracking at launch.
One big-game lodge. About 8x the Google traffic in two years.
A Canadian big-game outfitter came to us with a single page for everything. We gave each hunt and each species its own page, written the way hunters search. Estimated monthly U.S. visits from Google went from 74 to 585, with a peak of 799 in June.

What outfitters ask us first.
How do hunters pay the deposit?
Each hunt on your site gets a “Hold a spot” button. The hunter picks dates and party size, then pays the deposit by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. The money goes into your own Stripe account and Stripe pays it out to your bank. We never hold your money and we don’t take a commission on bookings.
What does Stripe charge on a deposit?
Stripe’s standard U.S. rate is 2.9% plus 30 cents per successful card charge, with an extra 1.5% for international cards (Stripe pricing, October 2026). On a $2,085 deposit that works out to $60.77. Stripe bills that fee, not us.
How much does an outfitter website cost?
Outfitter websites start at $1,500 for up to six pages: home, hunts, lodge, gallery, guides and contact, with a section for every hunt. Online booking and deposits are quoted on top, based on how many hunts and dates you run. See pricing for what changes the number.
How long does it take to build?
Most outfitter websites go live in about 2 weeks from the first call. The timeline depends on how many rounds of revisions you want and how much you already have ready, like hunt details, prices and photos. We write the pages from a call with you, so you don’t have to.
Do I still need a booking agent?
That’s your call. Agents can still send you hunters. Your own site lets the hunters who find you directly book and pay you directly, without a commission coming off the top.
Will I lose my Google rankings if I switch websites?
We keep the pages that already rank, redirect every old address to its new page, and check Google Search Console after launch so nothing drops off quietly.
