Websites for SCI, DU, NWTF and RMEF chapters.
Chapter websites that sell banquet tickets, take donations, share member hunts and keep members in the loop, built so a volunteer board can actually keep up with them.

Everything we built for an SCI chapter in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Our first chapter build was for a Safari Club International chapter that runs a big annual banquet, youth and conservation programs, and a growing membership. These are the pieces it runs on.
Banquet pages and ticket sales
An event page with the date, venue, schedule, map and last year’s photos. Adult, youth, table and sponsor tickets with guest checkout and no account to create. Receipts and tickets go out by email, and the chapter gets an alert for every order.
Guest names after purchase
Buying a table for ten shouldn’t mean typing ten names at checkout. Buyers add guest names later from a private link in their receipt, and can change them until the event.
One-time and monthly donations
Donors pick an amount, a program to support and an optional tribute name, then pay through Stripe. Every gift gets a receipt email, and there’s a printable form for donors who’d rather mail a check.
Member hunt spotlights
Members submit their hunt with photos straight from their phone. The board approves or declines it from the alert email, with no login, and the member gets a note when it goes live.
Newsletter, leadership and programs
Newsletter sign-up, a leadership page with headshots, program pages for youth education, conservation and outreach, and join links that credit your chapter when someone signs up with the national organization.
Spam-proof, fast and phone-tested
Bot protection on every form and on the ticket checkout. Every page is tested at phone, tablet and desktop sizes, and shared links show a proper photo on Facebook.
Chapter websites built around your banquet calendar.
Kickoff call
Your events, ticket types, programs, leadership and what the board wants off its plate.
Gather the pieces
Flyers, photos, board list and past emails. We turn them into pages, so nobody on the board has to write a website.
Build and test
We test every form and checkout step on phones, tablets and desktops before anyone outside sees it.
Launch with a live test
We run a test ticket order and donation with you, then show the board how approvals and order alerts work.
Tell us about your chapter.
Three quick taps and your contact details. We’ll reply within one business day with questions and a quote.

Chapter websites: common questions
Do members need an account to buy banquet tickets?
No. Tickets use guest checkout: name, email, phone, billing address and card. Buyers get a receipt and their tickets by email, and the chapter gets an alert for every order.
Can we sell tables and sponsorships, not just single tickets?
Yes. Each ticket type gets its own price and description, from adult and youth dinners to full tables and sponsor levels. Buyers add their guests’ names after paying, through a private link on the confirmation page and receipt email, so checkout stays short.
Where do ticket sales and donations go?
Into the chapter’s own Stripe account, and from there to the chapter’s bank. We never handle the money.
Can board members approve member posts without logging in?
Yes. When a member submits a hunt, the board gets an email with the photos and story and two buttons, Approve and Decline. Each button opens a confirm page first, so an email scanner can’t approve anything by accident.
How long does a chapter website take?
Plan on a few weeks, depending on how fast we get your event details, photos and leadership list. If your banquet is coming up, tell us the date and we’ll get ticket sales live first.
How much does a chapter website cost?
We quote each chapter based on what it needs, for example ticket sales only, or a full site with donations and member spotlights. Send the form and we’ll reply within one business day.
