Privacy policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
This policy explains what information justbookthehunt.com collects, how we use it and the choices you have. Just Book The Hunt is a brand of IGNITE Marketing Group, LLC (“we”, “us”), PO Box 39, Chardon, OH 44024.
What we collect
When you send a form
Our quote, site audit and chapter forms ask for your name and email, and optionally your phone number, business or chapter name, website address and a note, along with your answers to the multiple-choice questions on the form. With each request we also record the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source).
To keep out spam
To block automated spam, the forms use a hidden field, a time check and a short-lived security token. We check that your email domain can receive mail, and we count requests from each connection using a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, not the address itself.
When you browse
Like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. It records the pages you visit and for how long, the site or campaign that sent you, your device, browser and approximate location (city level), and actions such as sending one of our forms or tapping our phone number or email address. It doesn’t record what you type into our forms or what you tap in the booking demo.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (named _ga) to tell one visit from another. It doesn’t tell us who you are, and Google Analytics doesn’t store IP addresses. We’ve turned off Google’s advertising features for this site, so this data isn’t used to show you ads. We keep analytics data for no more than 14 months.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics, and you can change your answer any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of every page. If you decline, Google Analytics doesn’t load at all. If your device is set to a European time zone, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics stays off unless you accept. We remember your choice in your browser’s storage, not in a cookie. You can also block analytics with your browser’s cookie or tracking settings, or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Google explains how it uses this data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. We don’t use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, send you a quote or audit, and follow up about it.
- To keep the site and its forms secure.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring in requests.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run the site and our email, such as our web host, our email provider and Google Analytics.
The booking demo
The booking demo on our home page is an example. Nothing you tap in it is sent to us or to anyone else, and no payment is taken. Google Analytics counts your visit to the page, but not your choices in the demo.
Links to other sites
Some links go to other services, such as Google Calendar when you book a call, or Stripe’s website. Those services have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests for as long as we need them to work with you, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
You can turn analytics on or off at any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of every page. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email sales@justbookthehunt.com or call 440-490-6280.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and chapter leaders. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
