These terms cover your use of justbookthehunt.com. The site is run by IGNITE Marketing Group, LLC, PO Box 39, Chardon, OH 44024, which does business as Just Book The Hunt. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Information on this site

We work to keep prices, features and third-party details (such as Stripe’s fees) accurate, but they can change. Prices on this site are starting points. Your actual price is the one in a written quote or agreement from us.

Quotes and work

Sending a form doesn’t create a contract. Any website, booking or marketing work is covered by a separate written quote or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with anything on this site.

Examples and results

Our booking demo and examples use Williams Woods and Water Outfitters’ published hunt packages and prices. The weeks shown are examples, and no payment is taken. Case study figures come from the tools named next to them and describe past results for one client. They aren’t a promise of future rankings, traffic or bookings.

Payments

We don’t process payments on this site. On the websites we build for clients, payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms, and go to the client’s Stripe account.

Content

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to IGNITE Marketing Group or are used with permission. Client logos belong to their owners. Safari Club International, Ducks Unlimited, NWTF, RMEF and Stripe are trademarks of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the site, for example by sending spam or automated requests through our forms, trying to get around its security, or copying it wholesale.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it or relying on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
